Child safety standards
Updated 26 October 2026 · policy version 2026-10-09AURA prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). AURA is an adults-only service.
Prohibited conduct
No child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sexualized depictions of minors, sextortion or trafficking. This applies to profiles, messages, media and every other use of AURA. Minors must not create or use accounts.
How to report
Use the in-app Report control or email suporte@auragay.com with the subject “Child safety”. Provide the profile or message reference and a short description. Do not download, copy or email suspected child sexual abuse images or videos. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response standard
The AURA operator reviews child-safety reports, restricts offending content and accounts, preserves relevant evidence where required and reports confirmed illegal material to the appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
