Your account

Use an accurate age and an account you control. You may choose a public nickname. Do not impersonate someone, upload another person’s private content without permission, operate deceptive accounts or evade a suspension. You are responsible for material you share.

Respect and safety

Follow our Community guidelines and Child safety standards. Block or report unwanted contact. AURA can restrict content or accounts while investigating reports. Available notices and appeals can be accessed in Settings; contact suporte@auragay.com if you cannot sign in. AURA is not an emergency service.

Optional paid access

AURA Plus/VIP is optional. The purchase screen identifies the benefits, price, billing period and renewal terms for the selected plan. The current supported benefits are hiding AURA promotional cards and priority in Discover; a Booster is a separate web purchase lasting 12 hours after verified payment.

Subscriptions renew according to the purchase terms unless cancelled. Manage store subscriptions through Google Play or Apple, and web subscriptions through the payment provider’s management route or contact support. Deleting an AURA account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Premium gifts in the web app

Where available, you can buy one calendar month of AURA Premium for the member shown in the gift preview. The price and currency come from the current configured monthly price and are shown before you choose to pay. This is a one-time web payment, not a recurring subscription. It does not renew automatically and does not grant Premium to the buyer.

The gift is recorded only after Stripe confirms payment to AURA. Its start and end dates appear on the buyer’s receipt. Existing paid Premium access is preserved, and the gift adds one calendar month to the later of the current paid expiry or the time of activation. A lifetime grant remains indefinite. A gift cannot be transferred to another member after payment. A full refund removes that gift without deleting other independently paid gift periods or base access. Premium is available only during a paid gift period or an active base period; a future gift does not bridge a refunded or canceled period. Surviving future gift dates remain as purchased, rather than moving earlier after a refund. If a recipient becomes unavailable before activation, contact suporte@auragay.com for review of the undelivered purchase. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
