Real people, mutual consent and respect are the basis of AURA.

Adults only

People under 18 may not use AURA. Do not contact or solicit minors. Report any account you suspect belongs to a minor using Report or our child-safety contact.

Consent and dignity

No threats, harassment, hate speech, stalking, non-consensual sexual content, intimate-image abuse, doxxing, impersonation or scams. Respect refusals and blocks. Never disclose another person’s location or private information without permission.

Content and prohibited arrangements

Public profiles and photos must not contain pornography, explicit nudity, exploitation or trafficking. Paid sexual services, escort arrangements and compensated or sugar dating are prohibited throughout the service. Do not post illegal content or use AURA to arrange harm. Private communication does not exempt anyone from consent, age or safety rules. Public uploaded photos remain unavailable to other members until approved by a reviewer. Report objectionable content and block unwanted contact from the profile or conversation.

Report and appeal

Use Report on a profile or in a conversation and include relevant context. Use Block to stop unwanted interactions. Reports may lead to content removal, account restrictions or suspension. Contact suporte@auragay.com to report a problem outside the app or request review of a moderation decision.
